The apartment is conveniently located for work. The Groot Hertoginnelaan 223 is in the international zone, so ICTY, Eurojust, OPCW and several multinational companies are a short bike ride away. Car owners can get a permit to park in the street. Schiphol, Amsterdam and Rotterdam can easily be reached by public transport. Tram 3 to Central station and tram 11 to Holland Spoor station stop around the corner.
During your time off you will appreciate that the apartment is nearby several shopping streets, such as the Reinkenstraat, Fahrenheitstraat and Frederik Hendriklaan. You will find cafés and restaurants within walking distance. It is a ten minute bike ride to the beach and ten minutes the other way to the city centre. Bus 21 takes you to the further out northern beach (Zwarte pad) and tram 11 also goes to Scheveningen Harbour, if you don’t feel like cycling.

Optional additional service costs:
The fee for electricity, gas and water for consumption in the living area of this apartment is an advance. On the basis of individual meters the costs for the actual use will be calculated and settled. If you wish, weekly cleaning can be included in the service costs for an additional 180 per month. A municipal parking permit can also be integrated into the service costs. The price of the permit depends on your length of stay.
A one month deposit is required. If all is well, this will be returned after the lease period has ended.
